Clarkson’s grown fast, so we get a real mix of newer-build work, extra powerpoints after handover, lighting changes the owner wants once they’ve actually lived in the place, ceiling fans, outdoor power for the patio, and a growing number of EV charger installs. We also cover the slightly older pockets scattered through the suburb, so whether your home’s a few years old or a bit further back, we handle what comes up. In newer homes around Clarkson, a lot of the work is about adding the things that weren’t included in the original build, an extra powerpoint where you actually need it, a ceiling fan, outdoor power or better lighting. We’re also doing more EV charger installations as people start setting their homes up for electric vehicles.
